Personal Use License
The Personal Use license is intended for hobbyists, DIYers, and makers who are creating physical items for themselves or as gifts for friends and family.
- You MAY: Cut or engrave the file to create physical products for your own personal use.
- You MAY: Give the physical items away as gifts.
- You MAY NOT: Sell the physical items made from these files.
- You MAY NOT: Share, distribute, or resell the digital files themselves in any format.
- You MAY NOT: Modify the digital file to sell it as your own digital product.
Commercial Use License
The Commercial Use license is designed for small business owners and Etsy sellers. It grants you the right to manufacture and sell unlimited physical goods using our designs.
- You MAY: Manufacture and sell an unlimited number of physical products (wood, acrylic, metal, etc.) cut or engraved using these files.
- You MAY: Modify the file (e.g., add a custom family name or logo) for a client's physical order.
- You MAY NOT: Sell, share, distribute, or upload the digital files to any website or platform.
- You MAY NOT: Sell modified versions of the digital files. (The license covers physical products only).
- You MAY NOT: Use these files for mass, factory-scale production (over 5,000 units). For enterprise licensing, please contact us.
