Digital Products — All Sales Final

LaserBurn AI sells digital downloads and access to browser-based design tools. Paid digital products can be accessed or used immediately after purchase, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

Having a Problem With Your Order?

If you experience any of the following issues, we're happy to help:

Download link not working or expired
Corrupt or incomplete ZIP file
Missing files that were described in the product listing
Duplicate charge or billing error

Contact us at support@laserburnai.com with your order number or the email you used at checkout. We review every case individually and will work to resolve the issue, whether that means re-sending your files, providing a corrected version, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Purchases Sold Through Link

Most purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as merchant of record. Link handles payment support and may issue a refund under its own policies, for example to resolve a dispute, and applies any consumer-protection rules that apply where you live. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits, tool access or download access it granted are removed from your account. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Free Products

Free products, including Laser Profit Builder and the Beginner Bundle, require no payment and therefore no refund applies. If you have trouble accessing a free download, contact us and we'll send the files directly.

Monthly Membership

Membership renews for $5 each month until canceled. Ten credits are added after each successful payment and remain available after cancellation. You can cancel online at any time to stop future charges. Completed subscription charges are generally final once credits are issued, except where required by law.

Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical failure. We review these cases individually and will correct confirmed errors.

Parametric Tool Purchases

Paid tools like the Parametric Wall Art Generator produce custom files based on your input parameters. Since the files are generated in your browser and delivered immediately on purchase, these sales are also final. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us.
