Digital Products — All Sales Final

All LaserBurn AI products are digital downloads (SVG, DXF, and PNG files). Because digital files can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

Having a Problem With Your Order?

If you experience any of the following issues, we're happy to help:

Download link not working or expired
Corrupt or incomplete ZIP file
Missing files that were described in the product listing
Duplicate charge or billing error

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number or the email you used at checkout. We review every case individually and will work to resolve the issue, whether that means re-sending your files, providing a corrected version, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Free Products

Free products (such as the Beginner Bundle downloaded at $0) require no payment and therefore no refund applies. If you have trouble accessing a free download, contact us and we'll send the files directly.

Parametric Tool Purchases

Paid tools like the Parametric Wall Art Generator produce custom files based on your input parameters. Since the files are generated in your browser and delivered immediately on purchase, these sales are also final. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us.
