Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.laserburnai.com (“the Site”) or purchasing any digital products from LaserBurn AI (“we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products & Licensing

We sell digital files (SVG, DXF, PNG) for laser cutting and engraving, as well as educational PDF products. Design files are sold under either a Personal Use or Commercial Use license. See our Licensing Terms for full details.

  • Personal Use — You may use the files to create physical items for yourself or as gifts. You may not sell items made from the files.
  • Commercial Use — You may use the files to create and sell unlimited physical items (craft fairs, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).

In both cases, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files themselves. The license covers physical products you make, not the source files.

The free Beginner Bundle includes personal use and commercial use for physical products at no charge. Its digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or uploaded, including modified versions.

3. Free Tools

We offer free browser-based tools and educational downloads, including Laser Profit Builder and the Beginner Bundle, at no charge. These resources are provided “as-is” without warranty. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free resources at any time.

4. Payments

Most purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record: Link processes your payment, collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and emails your receipt. Your card statement shows “LINK.COM*”. Some products, and orders and memberships started before October 6, 2026, are processed by LemonSqueezy instead. The checkout page always shows which applies. Prices are set in USD; checkout may show the equivalent in your local currency. By completing a purchase, you authorize the merchant of record shown at checkout to charge your payment method for the amount shown.

5. Monthly Membership

The Monthly Membership costs $5 when purchased and renews automatically each month until canceled. Ten generation credits are added after each successful payment. Credits never expire and remain in your account after cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund prior charges except where required by law.

You may cancel online at any time from the Billing page, which opens the customer portal for your membership: Stripe's for memberships started on or after October 6, 2026, and LemonSqueezy's for earlier ones. Memberships bought through Link can also be managed at link.com. We will clearly disclose the recurring price and frequency before purchase. Existing one-time customers are not automatically enrolled.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our paid products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on digital downloads. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law. For purchases sold through Link, Link provides payment support and may issue a refund under its own policies, for example to resolve a dispute. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits, tool access or download access it granted are removed. If you experience a technical issue with your order (corrupt file, missing content, download failure), please contact us at support@laserburnai.com and we will resolve the issue. 7. Intellectual Property

All digital files, website content, tool code, and branding are owned by LaserBurn AI. Your purchase grants you a license to use the files as described in Section 2, not ownership of the designs.

8. Uploaded Content

When you upload images to our tracing or conversion tools, we process them temporarily to generate output files. We do not store, share, or claim ownership of your uploaded images. Uploaded images are deleted from server memory after processing completes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that files will work with every laser cutter or software configuration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaserBurn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to material waste, equipment damage, or lost profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
