1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.laserburnai.com (“the Site”) or purchasing any digital products from LaserBurn AI (“we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Products & Licensing
We sell digital files (SVG, DXF, PNG) for laser cutting and engraving. Each product is sold under either a Personal Use or Commercial Use license. See our Licensing Terms for full details.
- Personal Use — You may use the files to create physical items for yourself or as gifts. You may not sell items made from the files.
- Commercial Use — You may use the files to create and sell unlimited physical items (craft fairs, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
In both cases, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files themselves. The license covers physical products you make, not the source files.
3. Free Tools
We offer free browser-based tools (Box Generator, Living Hinge Generator, etc.) at no charge. These tools are provided “as-is” without warranty. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on digital downloads. If you experience a technical issue with your order (corrupt file, missing content, download failure), please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue. 6. Intellectual Property
All digital files, website content, tool code, and branding are owned by LaserBurn AI. Your purchase grants you a license to use the files as described in Section 2, not ownership of the designs.
7. Uploaded Content
When you upload images to our tracing or conversion tools, we process them temporarily to generate output files. We do not store, share, or claim ownership of your uploaded images. Uploaded images are deleted from server memory after processing completes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that files will work with every laser cutter or software configuration.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaserBurn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to material waste, equipment damage, or lost profits.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
