Most digital world maps on the market require you to assemble 195 tiny, frustrating country puzzle pieces. We engineered a better way. Our file mathematically dissolves internal borders, grouping countries into massive, solid Continental slabs (North America, Eurasia, Africa) that are incredibly easy to mount to a wall.
The 2-Layer System:
- Layer 1 (The Continents): Cut from a dark veneer. Internal country borders are scored into the wood. We utilized collision-physics to map the typography, ensuring country and state labels are flawlessly legible without overlapping.
- Layer 2 (The Backboard): A massive, rounded rectangle framing the globe. Includes beautifully spaced, multi-line oceanic typography (Pacific, Atlantic, Indian) and an authentic equatorial scale bar.
