USA Interstate Network Map

We utilized raw US Census Bureau geographic TIGER/Line data to trace every major interstate, primary highway, and connecting route across the contiguous United States.

Unlike typical state-by-state maps that have to be awkwardly pieced together, this file is generated as a single, massive, uninterrupted vector mesh. It is specifically optimized to cut as a continuous, delicate structural web.

Design Features:

• Continuous Cut Path: The entire country is mathematically joined into a single, unified lattice, meaning it will pull off your laser bed in one spectacular, structural piece.
• Optimized Node Count: Highly detailed but aggressively simplified to prevent laser buffering and machine stuttering during the cut.
• Scale: Perfect for massive multi-board setups, but scales down cleanly to a 24" wide bed.
