Laser Cut Essential Oil Organizer Generator

- Holds 24 bottles. The holes are 23 mm for 22 mm bottles; measure one of yours across the widest part, brands differ.
- Assembly: push the tabs of every shelf into the slots of one side (each hole shelf goes in the upper slot of its pair, each floor shelf in the lower), fit the other side over the tabs, then set the sides into the base and add the back and the front lip.
- Glue the outer box joints and the shelf tabs, and clamp until dry. Sand the tabs flush with the sides.
- Cut one shelf first and try a bottle in a hole: tight holes need more clearance, loose tabs need more kerf.
- Undiluted essential oils can soften some varnishes; leave the wood bare or use a hard-wax oil, and wipe spills quickly.
- Outside size: 226 x 99 x 77 mm (wide x deep x tall).
The parts need a bed of about 467 x 249 mm. Check it against your laser, or cut in two sheets.

FAQ
Which bottle sizes does it fit?
5 ml (about 22 mm across), 10 ml (about 25 mm), 15 ml (about 28 mm) and 10 ml roller bottles (about 18 mm) are presets. Custom takes any diameter from 12 to 45 mm. Brands vary, so measure one of your bottles.
Why do the bottles not fall through the holes?
Every tier has a solid floor under its hole shelf. The bottle drops through the hole and stands on the floor, and the hole depth setting controls how far it sits in.
How big should the holes be?
The hole is the bottle diameter plus the clearance you set. About 1 mm lets bottles drop in without wobbling. Cut one shelf first and try a bottle.
How is it assembled?
Push every shelf into the slots of one side, fit the other side, then set the sides into the base and add the back and front lip. Glue the joints and the shelf tabs.

Does it work with LightBurn, xTool, Glowforge and OMTech?
Yes. The SVG is in millimetres and imports at true size. Cut lines are red and engraving is filled black. The DXF is R12 for RDWorks and CAD software.
What kerf should I use?
Start with 0.15 mm for a CO2 laser or 0.08 mm for a diode, and cut a test corner. Every part is drawn half a kerf oversize so the joints press-fit.
Are my designs and logos uploaded?
No. The boxes, the engraving and any image you add are all handled in your browser. A saved draft stays on your device so your work survives signing in and checking out.
