Laser Cut Wine Box Generator
Choose your bottle (standard, Burgundy, Champagne, half bottle or magnum, or type your own measurements) and the box is cut to fit it, with room for tissue. Put a name, a date or a logo on the lid, drag it where you want it, and download a cut-ready file.

Good for
- Wedding, anniversary and housewarming gifts
- Corporate and client gifts with a logo on the lid
- Craft-fair and Etsy wine boxes with a name on top
How it works
- Set the size. Pick a preset or type your own measurements. Every box is drawn to your real material thickness.
- Personalize it. Add a name, a message or an image, drag it into place, and see it on the box before you download.
- Download and cut. The SVG imports at true size in LightBurn, xTool Creative Space and Glowforge. Cut a test corner first if you are unsure of your kerf.
FAQ
What bottle sizes does it cover?
Standard 750 ml, Burgundy, Champagne, half bottle (375 ml) and magnum (1.5 L) are presets. Custom lets you enter the bottle diameter and height, and the box is cut to match with the clearance you choose.
Which lid should I pick?
A sliding lid slides out of the back with no glue, which is the classic gift box. The living-hinge lid flexes open on the wood itself. The friction-fit lid lifts straight off.
Will it fit my laser?
A single-bottle box has panels about 330 mm long, so it needs a bed that size or larger. The preview shows the sheet size the parts need before you download.
Can I engrave my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG and it is traced to a clean black and white engraving in your browser. Bold logos and black-on-white art work best; photographs do not.
How much does it cost?
Your first download of each box type is free, engraving included. After that, 10 exports are $5, or $19 unlocks unlimited downloads for life. An export covers both the SVG and the DXF of the same design, and downloading it again is free.
Does it work with LightBurn, xTool, Glowforge and OMTech?
Yes. The SVG is in millimetres and imports at true size. Cut lines are red and engraving is filled black. The DXF is R12 for RDWorks and CAD software.
What kerf should I use?
Start with 0.15 mm for a CO2 laser or 0.08 mm for a diode, and cut a test corner. Every part is drawn half a kerf oversize so the joints press-fit.
Are my designs and logos uploaded?
No. The boxes, the engraving and any image you add are all handled in your browser. A saved draft stays on your device so your work survives signing in and checking out.
